Custom Products

Order Cancellation:

Free cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% fee.

Cancellations within 72 hours of placing the order will incur a 30% fee as the design process has already begun.

Orders cannot be canceled once production and shipping have started.

Returns and Exchanges:

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are tailored to the customer’s specifications and are difficult to resell. We appreciate your understanding.


In-Stock Items

Return and Exchange Period:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 working days of delivery, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Product Condition:

Items must retain their original packaging and be in new condition, without any scratches, wear, or assembly marks. Clear pictures of the product in its packaging are required.

Any noticeable damage may result in Legendtables charging a reasonable repair fee.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue:

 Legendtables will cover the shipping costs.

 This includes defects, damages during shipping, or incorrect items received.

 If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s issue:

 The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

 This includes reasons such as:

 1. Change of mind or personal preference.

 2. Incorrect size or dimensions ordered by the customer.

 3. Failure to measure space accurately resulting in the item not fitting.

 4. Ordering the wrong product or color.

 5. Any returns where the product is found to be in good condition and matches the description provided on our website.

Refunds:

Upon inspection and confirmation, refunds or store credit will be issued, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Once both parties reach an agreement, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be returned via the original payment method.

Return and Exchange Application:

Fill out the return and exchange application form, including order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and contact information.

Materials and Craftsmanship

Natural Characteristics:

Our materials (such as marble and wood) have natural features such as knots, cracks, grain, and color variations. These characteristics are part of the natural material and add to the unique charm of each piece of furniture. Please understand and accept these natural traits.

Processing Marks:

Minor processing or indentation marks may occur due to industrial processes. These are normal and do not affect the functionality of the furniture, nor are they covered under the return and exchange policy.

Miscellaneous

 The English version of the return and exchange policy prevails.

 Legendtables reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

Important Note:

1. Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to their bespoke nature and the inherent challenges of resale, we are unable to accommodate returns for these custom-made items.

 2. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that differs from your specifications or arrives damaged, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Please provide a detailed written description of the discrepancy or defect, accompanied by clear photographs highlighting the issue. In such instances, we will offer a partial refund as a form of compensation.

 3. For situations where damage occurs during shipping, please refer to our separate shipping policy for the appropriate course of action.

 4. To ensure a perfect fit for your needs, we encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions and familiarize yourself with this return policy before placing an order.
